Animal Hospital

Just heard the self titled release from Animal Hospital. Not sure how I stumbled across this release from Boston's Kevin Micka, but certainly glad I did. The best way for me to describe this release is experimental classical ambience. This is a rather heart wrenchingly beautiful release. It was recorded in a movie theatre lobby, an old bank and several apartments in Cape Cod and Virginia. This is the sound of one man's heartbreak and it sounds amazing.
