Big ups to Jakers for the heads up on this tidbit he found on The New Yorker website. I have already watched some bits and pieces and see an addiction forming. If you are into soul music and feel like taking a trip back in time, you have to watch these episodes of Soul!!!!!!!! Check out the Earth, Wind & Fire clip it includes a set by Linda Hopkins. I had the pleasure of seeing Ms. Hopkins years ago at the Playboy Jazz Festival in LA and was blown away. Great to see this set from her which includes "Deep in the Night". You have got to hear the note she hits at the end. DAMN that's good! Take some time and explore the 6 episodes posted. Let me know if there's something I just have to see (besides Nick Ashford's body suit in the Ashford & Simpson clip).
