More treasure hunting

Sherman is madly in love with these album covers. All are from the 50's, all are recordings put out by Jackie Gleason. Yes, THAT Jackie Gleason. Who knew that Jackie Gleason was the "King of Mood Music" for quite some time? His influence on modern music played second fiddle to his acting career. He had one goal and that was to produce the most beautiful instrumental music anyone had ever heard. He bankrolled his first recording, but the label helped him once they knew he could plug it on his tv show. He eventually made over 30 albums between the 50s and 60s. If you run across one, it's worth checking out. The instrumentation is beautiful and truly proves his title as "King of Mood Music"!
