Stop the Remix

Just a moment to vent...dear DJ's, producers and other various folks who are prone to the remix, please stop remixing classic music. Yes, we all loved the first edition of Verve Remixed. It was fresh, fun and new. Now I consider it a form of abuse. Have you heard the new Nat King Cole remix project Re:Generations? I don't care how cool you are, stop desecrating classic music! Please. It is painful to listen to this release. I try not to be negative on Sherman's Corner, but sometimes I just have to put in my two cents. I am not including a link to this release for obvious reasons.
